Return & Refund Policy

At The Flora Company, every bouquet is handcrafted with love and care. Because we work with fresh, perishable flowers, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and the quality of our products.

Fresh Flower Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• Your flowers arrived in poor condition at the time of pickup (wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered)
• Your order was incorrect (wrong flowers, colours, or style from what was agreed upon)
Your order was cancelled by The Flora Company

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please:

Contact us within 24 hours of your pickup
Send a photo of the flowers clearly showing the issue
Reach out via email or phone (provided at time of your pickup arrangement)

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations

More than 48 hours before your pickup: Full refund issued.

Within 48 hours of your pickup: Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund as materials will have already been sourced for your arrangement.

No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
