By placing an order with The Flora Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. The Flora Company is a home-based floral business operating in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our website.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Custom orders may require additional lead time and will be confirmed personally before processing.

3. Pickup

All orders are currently available for local pickup and local delivery only.
Pickup location and time will be communicated personally after your order is placed.
We are a home based business and our address is shared privately for safety reasons.
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

4. Product Disclaimer

All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos shown on our website.
• Flower availability is subject to seasonal changes. We will always do our best to match your order but may substitute similar flowers of equal or greater value if needed.
Fresh flowers are perishable. Proper care instructions will be provided at pickup to help your arrangement last as long as possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and arranging pickup. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Flora Company is not responsible for any allergic reactions to flowers or plant materials. It is the customer's responsibility to check for sensitivities before purchasing. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
