Pickup & Delivery Policy
We offer both local pickup and free local delivery across Metro Vancouver. All orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance to ensure your bouquet is freshly crafted just for you.
Order Requirements
• All orders must be placed at least 7 days before your requested pickup or delivery date.
• When placing your order, you will be prompted to select your preferred date and time directly in the cart.
• Orders placed without a selected date and time will not be confirmed until scheduling is complete.
• Same day and rush orders are not available at this time.
Local Pickup
• Pickup is available at our home studio in Surrey, BC.
• Select 'Pickup' at checkout and choose your preferred date and time.
• Our exact address will be shared privately after your order is confirmed.
• Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Local Delivery
• We offer FREE local delivery across all of Metro Vancouver.
• Select 'Delivery' at checkout and choose your preferred delivery date and time.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at your selected time fresh bouquets cannot be left unattended for extended periods.
• We will confirm your delivery window personally after your order is placed.
• Delivery is currently available to residential and business addresses within Metro Vancouver.
Scheduling Your Date & Time
When checking out, you will be able to select your preferred pickup or delivery date and time directly in the cart. This ensures we can plan and prepare your arrangement with plenty of time and care. Please remember all dates must be at least 7 days from the date of your order.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• To reschedule your pickup or delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
